Aikney 1981M candy chain printed denim trousersThis pair of trousers is not real jeans. The denim twill and washed ink splashes on the surface are all printed to look very realistic. The trousers are printed with pure cotton off-white pique, with seasonal optical illusion "keychain" prints, using inkjet pigments and dirty mineral tones. Computer typesetting uses laser cutting to efficiently and accurately separate each piece, and then hand-ironed/cut/sewn. The waist and pants pattern data are synchronized and restored. The overall pattern fits the Asian body shape better than the previous baggy, and the foot circumference is just right but not easy to step on. The heels are made of 3D cold transfer printing technology to ensure that the denim fabric has the same texture and feel as traditional denim. The 3D printing technology is used to restore the original color saturation and accurately control the thickness and texture of the denim fabric. The advanced 3D printer is used to print the denim fabric layer by layer until the entire component is completed. Each piece is separated efficiently and accurately through computer typesetting and laser cutting. After ironing, cutting, sewing and other processes, the parts are assembled into a complete denim item. The entire pair of pants is cut and then accurately printed and sewn on each side. Every part is accurate to the millimeter level. It is a milestone product
